All animals here are from the Caymet Sleepers, and as such are capable of being easily domesticated, while also being safe to release to the wild.
Common pets:
Kobold - Lizards with a level of intelligence, often depicted as creatures that sleep, eat, and cause mild chaos.
Steepler - Arachnids with a low level of intelligence but high levels of energy, often seen running in circles around eachother parks.
Typically the first to be domesticated:
Fecane: Furred mammals with powerful jaws and a timid nature, often seen in large groups for defence in the wild.
Often kept as a farm animal for their fur, which regrows within 3-4 months.
Shote: Large mammals that usually live in solitude, but capable of living with others.
Often kept for their milk and occasionally meat.
Mikaune: Small flying insects that fly in swarms of thousands, but are harmless to touch or even walk through a cloud of them.
Incredibly good at creating fertile soil from dry or dead dirt, and even stone.
Selachii: Large cartilaginous fish with a ribless endoskeleton and large jaws.
They produce around 2.4 eggs every hour, with their sharp teeth being usable in many types of medicine.
Agrius: A large (mostly) flightless type of moth, uproots and consumes trees, and can hybernate for years at a time.
Generally peaceful, but incredibly strong, often used for construction work and labour.
Slug: Slow defensive mammals with a large body, a single trunk, and no other notable features.
Totally insentient and insensate, Slugs survive and grow on Viw, and are farmed for their meat and exoskeletons.
<Slugs reproduce by firing their young out of the trunk on the top of their body, being the only method of locomotion they have.>
Vermis: Large worms that thrive in deserts and underground environments, often used to dig out subway tunnels.
Giant creatures:
Draco Ignis: Large flying reptilians that are able to create fire breath using internal flammable gas.
Piuchén: Flying lizard that makes a loud high-pitched scream to confuse prey.
Serpensmarie:
Naga: Highly territorial, multicoloured snakes, partially powered by photosynthesis.
<Scientific arguments around whether a Naga is technically a plant have occured, with the Naga being classified as an animal due to the lack of roots or chlorophyll.>
Hydra: A large bird that use Viw to create tail-like heads when threatened, which each have a defensive jaw.
